Latinx Heritage Month 2020!

These 30 days pay tribute to the generations of Latinx Americans who have postively influenced and enriched our Nation and society. This month also honors five of our Central American neighbors that celebrate their independence in September. The theme "Los colores" is centered around the different skin tones that a Latinx individual can be, and more importantly, embracing and celebrating that identity no matter the shade of skin.

This celebration has become a vital opportunity to dispel ignorance, prejudice, and fear through education about multiculturalism and the history of countless contributions of Latinx communities.

Below you will find a calendar of virtual events to help celebrate Latinx Heritage Month, scan the QR square with your camera to register for the events you would like to attend.
