Chantelle has nearly a decade of experience promoting and facilitating educational, interpersonal, and professional growth opportunities to students and stakeholders across campus.  As an experienced leader, counselor, and educational specialist, Chantelle has been committed to providing transformational experiences to students, staff and constituents in the Richmond community. In her role as Associate Director of Multicultural Affairs and Disability Services, Chantelle assures through her efforts, that students of color and those with disabilities are afforded the opportunity to evolve, adapt and advance as model 21st century change agents, while also upholding Richmond’s legacy of inclusivity, diversity, and resilence amidst an ever-changing society.
